Customer Relationship Manager - consists from My ClubNetworks and Contact Manager modules.
My ClubNetworks allows each user to manage their own tasks, schedule their own availability, view their hours worked and commissions earned.
Contact Manager offers the ability to search on, and enroll, all entities; including members and employees.
- Front Desk Manager – utilized in point of sale transactions, including inventory sales, member check-in and scheduling, and a variety of other front desk management features.
- Sales Manager – allows management to maintain the sales process through managing the contract approval process, as well as user defined contract requirements, promotions and marketing sources.
- Scheduling/Reservation Manager – utilized to schedule classes, instructor availability and employee workshifts.
- Financial Manager – utilized to perform accounting options including inventory management, deferred revenue, journal entries, and reporting.
- System Administration Manager – utilized to configure system options such as enterprise options, security permissions, and inventory setup.
