Corporate Overview

EFTechnologies Inc. is a six-year old company providing proprietary enterprise management system solutions to Member Based Organizations (MBO). There are two MBO vertical opportunities to which the Company has directed its initial focus – health and fitness organizations and childcare providers. One of the primary reasons that these two verticals were selected was the expressed need for an enterprise management system that could link both operational and financial functionality in a way unique from other available software applications. Developed software of the Company is currently installed in over 75 locations.

In its early stages the Company developed client server enterprise management software for the health and fitness and college and university markets. Understanding the need for integration and sophisticated functionality, the Company designed and developed a new product attractive to these existing markets. Due to the importance of revenue collection within certain markets, the Company also developed an Electronic Funds Collection System, which has been marketed not only within the Company’s enterprise software but also as a separate component, which compliments other software developers within other specific industries.

We have trademarked and branded our new product for the health and fitness industry as “ClubNetworks”. The new product for the childcare industry, which we have named “ChildNet”, is in the final prototype stage. It is scheduled for delivery in early 2004. The new products offered by the Company were created by modification of our “core product technologies”. This is the methodology that will be used to implement systems for additional vertical markets.
