EFTerminal Specifications

EFTerminal is an ActiveX component. EFTerminal provides access to NOVA's credit card network. All objects support dual interfaces. EFTerminal can be used effectively in both COM (VC++) and Automation (VB) Environments.

EFTerminal was designed specifically for an Active Server Pages (ASP) environment. However, EFTerminal can operate in other applications. EFTerminal supports free threading and does not save state between method calls, resulting in high scalability.

EFTerminal accesses the NOVA network through encrypted Internet (TCP) connections. EFTerminal uses 512 or 1024-bit RC4 for data transfer.

EFTerminal can be integrated into Microsoft's Site Server, Commerce Edition. Once added to the Payment Stage, EFTerminal can charge customer's credit cards during the purchase process.
